Position Summary:
We're looking for a dynamic and self-motivated Business Systems Analyst to join our team in a fully onsite capacity. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in Microsoft technologies, business automation, and systems optimization. The right candidate will demonstrate initiative, work independently, and bring a flexible, detail-oriented, and transparent approach to delivering impactful solutions. Prior experience in the commercial property management industry is a strong plus.
Responsibilities:
- Partner with stakeholders to assess existing workflows, uncover inefficiencies, and recommend system enhancements.
- Design, deploy, and fine-tune solutions using Microsoft Azure, Power Automate, Co-Pilot, and other tools within the Microsoft ecosystem.
- Drive process improvement by implementing automation strategies and integrating AI-based solutions to enhance operational performance.
- Provide insights through data collection, reporting, and visualization-advanced Excel capabilities (e.g., pivot tables, formulas) are highly valued.
- system issues proactively, identify improvement areas, and help implement sustainable, business-aligned technical solutions.
- Act as the bridge between business teams and IT, translating business needs into clear technical requirements and deliverables.
- Maintain comprehensive records of business processes, system changes, technical specifications, and project progress.
Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst or similar role, with direct hands-on work in Microsoft platforms and automation tools.
- Strong knowledge of Azure, Power Automate, Co-Pilot, and Excel. Experience with AI-enabled platforms is highly preferred.
- A current Microsoft Certification is required (e.g., Azure Fundamentals, Power Platform).
- Experience in commercial property management is advantageous.
